I completed a book reading session with Rina Ma'am, name of the book is "The power is within you" by Louise Hay. It was an amazing experience, she made us establish a relationship with the author. Group reading helped me to understand the tone and pace of the book better. We started with the grounding meditation and ended with discussing what we feel and think, it really made me speak my heart out. Sometimes while reading a book alone we lose interest in the middle but the group sessions with Rina mam kept the interest alive. Looking forward for more sessions like these.
